電力電纜在運行過程中發熱的原因有哪些?

當電線和電力電纜通過一定的負載電流時,它們肯定會發熱。隨著負載電流的增大,導線表面的溫度越來越高,如果不及時處理,后果可想而知。例如:PVC線,芯部溫度以70℃為上限,表面溫度將低于5-10℃。因此,導線表面溫度低于60度是基本安全的。從電力維護的角度來看,當然溫度越低越好。電線電纜在運行中發熱原因如下:

1、 導線電阻不符合要求,導致導線在運行中發熱現象。

2、 由于導線類型選擇不當,使用的導線截面過小,運行中出現過載現象。導線長期使用后,發熱和散熱不平衡造成發熱現象。

3、 導線安裝時,排列過于密集,通風散熱效果不好,或導線與其他熱源距離過近,影響導線的正常散熱,也可能在運行中引起導線發熱現象。

4、 接頭制造工藝不好,壓接不緊。接頭處的接觸電阻過高,也會導致導線發熱。

5、 線間絕緣性能不好,導致絕緣電阻低,運行中發熱。

6、 鎧裝導線的局部護套損傷,在進水后會對絕緣性能造成緩慢的破壞,導致絕緣電阻逐漸降低,并在導線運行過程中出現發熱現象。

如果不能及時查明原因,及時排除故障,導線繼續通電運行后,就會發生絕緣熱擊穿。這可能導致電線相間短路跳閘,從而導致火災。
