屏蔽電纜的主要分類有哪些?

屏蔽電纜分為單屏蔽和雙屏蔽電纜。所謂雙屏蔽電纜是指有兩層屏蔽層,且兩層屏蔽層之間必須有絕緣隔離的電纜。如果兩層屏蔽層之間不彼此絕緣,只能視為一層屏蔽。此外,屏蔽層應具有良好的接地,因為如果不接地,屏蔽層上有很大的寄生分布電容,將產生寄生耦合干擾。

雙屏蔽有先分屏蔽后總屏蔽,也有雙總屏蔽電纜,但是實際應用中,先分屏蔽后總屏蔽的應用居多。

在屏蔽電纜中,雙層比單層的屏蔽效果好,鎧裝型雙絞屏蔽電纜比雙絞屏蔽電纜性能優異。

屏蔽層數不同的電纜有不同的接地要求。根據《GB50217-2007電纜設計規范》、《GB50057-94建筑物防雷設計規范》等相關規定:單層屏蔽應采用一端等電位接地;雙層隔離屏蔽的內層應采用一端接地,外層則應兩端接地。

如:鎧裝型雙絞屏蔽電纜就是屬于雙屏蔽電纜的一種,其內屏蔽是編織屏蔽網+鋁箔,外屏蔽則是鋼帶鎧裝層,內屏蔽和外屏蔽之間還有一層絕緣隔離層。使用時,鋼帶鎧裝層兩端接地,內層屏蔽一端接地,可用于干擾嚴重、鼠害頻繁以及有防爆要求的場所。
