電力電纜的基本特性有哪些?

不同的使用環境對電力電纜的耐高溫、耐低溫、耐電暈、耐臭氧、耐輻照、耐氣壓、耐水壓、耐油、耐大氣環境、耐振動、耐溶劑、耐磨、抗彎、抗扭轉、抗拉、抗壓、阻燃、防火、防生物侵襲等性能均有相應的要求。


電力電纜批發


1、電性能

導電性能 大多數產品要求有良好的導電性能(導體電阻),個別要求有一定的電阻范圍。

電絕緣性絕緣電阻、介電常數、介質損耗、耐電壓特性等。

傳輸特性 指高頻傳輸特性、抗干擾性等

2、力學性能

導電性能指抗拉強度、伸長率、彎曲性、彈性、柔軟性、耐振動、耐磨以及耐沖擊性等。

3、熱性能

指產品的耐熱等級、工作溫度、電力電纜的發熱和散熱特性、載流量、短路與過載能力、合成材料的熱變形與熱沖擊能力、材料的熱澎脹性及浸漬或涂層材料的滴落性等

4、耐腐蝕與耐氣候性能

指耐電化腐蝕、耐生物和細菌侵蝕、耐化學藥品(油、酸、堿、化學溶劑等)侵蝕、耐鹽霧、耐日光、耐寒、防霉及防潮濕等。

5、耐老化性能

指在機械(力)應力、電應力、熱應力、以及其它各種外加因素的影響下、或外界氣候條件下,產品及其組成材料保持其原有性能的能力。
