控制電纜屏蔽層及接地線的作用是什么?

屏蔽層分作內屏蔽和外屏蔽兩部分。它們都是為了使電纜導體與絕緣層、電纜絕緣層與內護層有良好的接觸,消除由于導體表面和內護層表面不光滑所引起的表面電場強度的增加,一般在導體的表面包有金屬化紙帶或半導體紙帶。

電力電纜加裝接地線,主要是為了保護在電纜發生絕緣擊穿故障或線芯中通過較大故障電流時,金屬護套的感應電壓可能使得絕緣擊穿,引起電弧,使金屬護套燒穿。

電纜外護層一般由內襯層、鎧裝層和外被層三部分組成。

內襯層位于鎧裝層和內護層之間,其作用是防止內護層受到腐蝕,并防止內護層在電纜彎曲時被鎧裝層破壞。

鎧裝層在內襯層外面,其作用是減少機械力對電纜的影響,使作用到電纜上的機械力由鎧裝層來承受。

外被層在鎧裝層外,其作用是防止鎧裝層受到侵蝕。

所以,控制電纜外護層的作用是保護內護層免受外界影響和機械損傷。
