電力電纜的基本結構是怎樣的?

任何一種電力電纜,其基本結構均由導電線芯、絕緣層和保護層三個部分組成。

(1)導電線芯

電力電纜導電線芯的作用是傳送電流,導電線芯的損耗主要由導體截面和材料的電導系數來決定。為了減小電纜線芯的損耗,電纜線芯一般由具有高電導系數的金屬材料銅或鋁制成。

(2)絕緣層

電力電纜的絕緣層是反映電纜電氣性能的核心部分,它的耐電強度及其他電氣參數的高低,直接表現了電纜絕緣性能的優劣,因此,電纜絕緣材料應具備以下主要性能:

高的擊穿場強(包括脈沖、工頻、操作波等)。

低的介質損失角正切tanδ

相當高的絕緣電阻(體積電阻率不小于1013Ω?cm)

優良的耐樹枝放電、局部放電性能

具有一定的柔軟性和機械強度

絕緣性能長期穩定等。

(3)保護層

為了使電纜適應各種使用環境的要求,在電纜絕緣層外面所施加的保護覆蓋層叫做電纜護層。電纜護層的主要作用是保護電纜絕緣層在敷設和運行過程中,免遭機械損傷和各種環境因素的破壞,如水、日光、生物、火災等,以保持長期穩定的電氣性能。所以,電纜護層的質量直接關系到電纜的使用壽命。
