電力電纜多芯好還是單芯好?

從電流上看,電流通過電線時有個特征:那就是電流總會集中在導體的表面通過,也就是所謂電流的“集膚效應”,所以相同截面積的單芯線和多芯線相比,很明顯是多芯的表面積總和要大,通過電流時發熱的機會要小因而也就更安全!所以多芯線好過單芯線!更值得注意的是單芯線較多芯線易折斷。

從電損上看,單芯電力電纜其兩端直接接地,電力電纜的金屬屏蔽層還可能產生環流可達電力電纜的載流量,又浪費電能形成損耗,多芯線一般都是三根芯的線,因為在電力電纜運行中,流過三個線芯的電流總和為零,在電力電纜金屬屏蔽層兩端基本上沒有感應電壓。

從造價上看,在相同截面積的電線中,單芯電力電纜的造價要比多芯的便宜一些,多芯的稍微貴點。

從安裝上看,在穿管時單芯線顯得硬點,而多芯則要軟些,更容易布線。

注意事項

1、電線選擇根據市場不同而不同,每個地方的對電線的認知度不同;

2、家裝一般多用單股的,舉例用2.52mm的線,單股的電線就是2.52mm,而多股的電線組成2.52mm的截面;電線的直徑越細電阻越大,所以選用單股的相等的直徑的,電阻就小一些,也就更加穩定;

3、家裝多為單塑的,家裝的電線居多都是有6分的PVC管子套住的,所以用單塑的足夠了;雙塑的雖好,多了一層保護,但是價格貴了,增加不必要的成本。
