在船只制造過程中,多芯儀表電纜已大規模使用,電纜敷設前、敷設后、與儀表端接后均需進行絕緣測試與導通測試,以確保電纜啟用前無故障。常規方法為使用絕緣測試儀完成絕緣測試,使用萬用表完成導通測試,主要缺點為測試誤差大、測試結果無法自動保存和打印輸出且人工消耗量大,再加之船用儀表電纜具有芯線數多、測試頻率高等特點,嚴重制約了施工現場電纜測試進度。

通過介紹船用儀表電纜測試儀,設計基于主控微控制單元和從控MCU架構的測試系統,實現了大32芯電纜導通與絕緣阻值的自動測量,既保證了測試的質量和效率,又降低了人工測量消耗,有效降低了生產成本。

多芯船用表電纜測試系統主要由電纜導通測試電路、線圈絕緣電阻測試電路、模式控制電路、32芯電纜選通電路、主控MCU、從控MCU、上位機配置和數據采集存儲軟件、數據自動化處理軟件等組成。

主控MCU負責與上位機軟件進行通信,接收上位機軟件的控制信息,并對從控MCU模式控制電路、多芯選通電路等進行配置;從控MCU接收主控MCU的配置指令,對電纜通斷測試電路、線圈絕緣電阻測試電路進行控制,配合主控MCU,完成電纜通斷測試盒線圈絕緣電阻測試。
