控制電纜產生故障的原因是什么?

目前,大多數控制電纜故障都是因為配電人員在進行控制電纜安裝時不小心造成了機械設備的損傷,且損傷部位由于潮氣入侵造成了系統崩潰,終導致了控制電纜故障。

控制電纜故障也可能是由于控制電纜的外皮發生了一定程度的腐蝕,造成腐蝕的原因通常是因為控制電纜的埋設部位有強力的地下電廠,象電力機車等,就會造成控制電纜外皮鉛包腐蝕的狀況,破壞了絕緣體,形成控制電纜故障。

地面下沉通常出現在公路、鐵路建設的過程中,因為地面的下沉導致控制電纜鎧裝、鉛色破裂甚至折斷,從而發生控制電纜的故障。

如果控制電纜的敷設范圍凹凸不平,或者是處在電桿上方,就會因為控制電纜的高低落差太大,形成控制電纜起伏,高出的控制電纜的絕緣體就會慢慢地向低處流失,終失去其絕緣性能,發生控制電纜故障。

控制電纜也是有一定的負荷極限的,如果長時間地使其超負荷運行,控制電纜的溫度就會大幅度升高,而且長時間地處于一個溫度極高的狀態下,久而久之,控制電纜的薄弱處和接頭的部分就會被損壞,導致控制電纜故障,直接的體現就是夏季,控制電纜故障頻繁。
