特種電纜故障的常見類型有哪些?

特種電纜敷設在地面以下,出現的故障有千奇百怪,有高阻故障、低阻故障、開路故障、閃絡故障、擊穿故障和運行故障,這些故障處理方式基本相同,下面主要分解常見的三種故障,也就是低阻故障,高阻故障和開路故障。

如何處理

特種電纜出線故障我的建議是采用專用的設備測量,不僅速度快而且精度高,集成高阻閃絡故障,高低阻性的接地,短路和特種電纜的斷線,接觸不良等故障進行測試。

(1)低阻故障

特種電纜絕緣材料受到機械力、外力、拉力的影響出現故障,大部分是低阻故障,低阻故障也稱為接地故障,一般建議用萬用表測量,測量絕緣電阻小于200歐姆即可判斷低阻故障,通常低壓動力特種電纜和控制特種電纜的低阻故障的概率高。

(2)開路故障

開路故障低壓特種電纜出線情況比較多,特別是路燈特種電纜,斷線故障時指特種電纜金屬部分的連續性受到破壞,形成斷線,且故障點的絕緣材料也受到不同程度的破壞,判斷斷線故障一般先用兆歐表測其絕緣電阻,此時大部分特種電纜測得三相對地絕緣電阻都為0,也有是一相或二相斷線并接地。

(3)高阻故障

高阻故障時指測得電阻大于200歐姆是的特種電纜故障,它與大地并不完全接觸,此時如果采用跨步電壓法測量,是無法定位到故障位置,此時可以用高阻法測量,也可以用直流高壓進行沖擊試驗,將故障點徹底破壞讓其形成接地故障,然后通過跨步電壓法測量,此方法也是可以測量到故障的位置。
