計算機電纜的屏蔽作用有哪些?

計算機電纜是電氣裝備用電纜的一種,依據使用環境和設備的使用要求不同,計算機電纜絕緣可采用聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯、交聯聚乙烯等材料。計算機電纜的屏蔽層用處,今天探討一下吧。


 

一、干擾發生的原因

1)電阻耦合引入的干擾(傳導引入)

2)電容電感耦合引入的干擾

3)計算機供電線路上引入的干擾

4)雷擊引入的干擾

由于外施電壓在線芯間電容耦合的作用下產生的靜電干擾;由于通電電流產生的電磁感應干擾。總的來講,當鄰近存在高電壓、大電流干擾源時,電氣干擾更嚴重,由于同一電纜的線芯之間的距離較小,其干擾程度也遠大于平行敷設的緊鄰電纜。

 

二、計算機電纜的屏蔽層選擇

1、開關量信號,可用總屏蔽;

2、高電平模擬信號,宜用對絞線芯的總屏蔽,必要時也可用對絞線芯分屏蔽;

3、低電平模擬信號或脈沖量信號,宜用對絞線芯的分屏蔽,必要時也可用含對絞線芯分屏蔽的復合總屏蔽。

 

三、計算機電纜的屏蔽層作用

屏蔽電纜的作用主要是防止靜電干擾、電磁感應以及串音感應所產生之干擾,確保系統傳輸正常運行。
