耐火控制電纜的性能特點是什么?

  耐火指在火焰燃燒情況下能保持一定時間的運行,即保持電路的完整性,該類型電纜在火焰中具有一定時間的供電能力。

  耐火控制電纜按國家實驗標準(GB12666-99)可分為二個等級:NHA、NHB;在一般產品命名中,NHA通常用GNH表示,屬稱高耐火電纜。NHB在一般耐火產品中表示為NH。

  耐火電纜在火災發生時能持續工作(傳送電流和信號),其本身延燃與否不在考核之列。阻燃電纜在火災發生時很快中止工作,其功能在于難燃和不波及能自熄。耐火電纜750~800℃的火焰燃燒中維持180分鐘正常運行。

  防火電纜實際上是另一類型的耐高溫電纜。它是以銅質為導電線芯,以無縫銅管為護套,以無機礦物質氧化鎂為絕緣的材料組制而成。

  由于整體都是無機材料構成,因此,整個防火電纜既不燃燒,也不延燃。而且能經受火燒。經試驗表明:在火焰800~900℃中燒2小時,電纜一直正常通電運行,在1000℃的火焰下燃燒30分鐘仍然完好無損,繼續正常運行。一般正常工作溫度為250℃,能安全可靠運行。

  另外,這類防火電纜又稱為礦物電纜(國際上稱MI電纜)
