電力電纜附件的作用是什么?

電力電纜附件中作為電纜線路組成部分的電纜終端頭、中間接頭,電纜有導體、絕緣、屏蔽和護層等四個主要結構層。必須使電纜的四個結構層分別得到延續,并且實現導體連接良好,絕緣可靠,密封良好和足夠的機械強度,確保電纜終端和電纜接頭的質量,才能保證整個電纜配電網絡的供電可靠性。

由于電纜金屬護套和屏蔽層斷開,電纜終端和接頭處。使得電場分布比電纜本體復雜得多,特種電纜終端電場存在軸向應力,因此需要使用電纜附件來實現電纜的連續和駁接,即一個能滿足一定絕緣與密封要求的連接裝置。

不同材料、不同截面電纜的連接。

不同截面的銅芯電纜連接,可采用開口弱背銅接管,以錫焊法鏈接。

不同截面的鋁芯電纜連接,采用不同截面的鋁接管,以壓接法接接。

不同截面的銅芯與鋁芯電纜連接,為解決銅和鋁接觸處的腐蝕問題,銅、鋁的連接以銅鋁摩擦焊或銅鋁閃光焊為好。但對中間頭,這兩種辦法在材料加工或施工操作上都很不方便。

因此,在制作電纜中間頭時,常采用鍍錫的銅壓接管,可用紫銅棒制成兩端具有相應不同截面的銅接管,然后鍍錫,以壓接法連接。

戶內頭用的銅、鋁鼻子,戶外用的銅、鋁接頭(又稱銅、鋁接梗),一般均采用銅一鋁摩擦焊的方法制成的。
