儀表電纜中間頭產生劣化的表現有哪些?

  儀表電纜中間頭產生劣化主要表現兩個方面:一個是中心頭的觸摸電阻逐漸增大;另一個是中心頭絕緣電阻逐年下降,而漏泄電流逐年增大。這兩個緣由,都能致使中心頭表面溫度的升高。中心頭劣化發作的緣由是多方面的,其主要緣由是:

  (1)電力電纜投入運轉運用年限過長,已達到了運用年限,電纜自身及中心頭絕緣電阻呈逐年下降趨勢,達不到規則的標準值。

  (2)電纜常常滿載運轉,因為電流熱效應發作熱量,致使中心頭溫度過高,加馬上電纜中心頭的絕緣劣化。

  (6)因線芯連接收質量欠好,薄厚不均或許與接頭不是非常匹配等,形成觸摸面不行和不良,在大電流負荷效果下,接頭處溫度過高加快了絕緣老化。
